For stays of 28 nights or more, the Long Term cancellation policy automatically applies.

How to get Free cancellation

# You have 24 hours before your booking begins to freely change or cancel it for free.

# If you need to cancel, call at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time. You’ll get a full refund, minus the first night and service fee.

Do guests get a refund of the cleaning fee?

We offer a 100% refund of the cleaning fee if the guest cancels before check-in.

Can guests get a refund if the listing isn’t what they expected? 

Our friendly customer service team can recommend a number of nearby accommodations if the listing does not live up to expectations.

Can you get your money back if the problem isn't fixed?

If our host is unable to respond to inquiries within a 24-hour period, or doesn’t follow through, we guarantee that guests will receive a full refund.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We guarantee to process refunds within 24 hours. Once we receive the cancellation request, we will cancel the transaction and notify you via email that a refund has been processed. We refund our guests immediately upon cancellation and aim to have it reflect on the original payment method within 6 to 7 working days.
